Hi! I'm Lena,

a researcher with excellent communication skills and a passion for elegant design.

Experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research, I analyse data to shape business strategy. I am detail-oriented yet creative, and speak English and German on a native level.

I currently lead a team of analysts, hiring, training, and nurturing talent within my team. I design research methodologies, oversee custom projects, and work closely with other leaders to develop best practices and enable the team to scale.

Prior to this, I worked as an economic researcher for Australia's central bank, built a successful business from scratch, and helped establish a Dutch education start-up in Germany.

I am a proud supporter of the Effective Altruism movement, love books and tea, and recently started learning to play the piano.
